Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must be Louisiana residents or attending a Louisiana college or university and be under 31 years of age and must not be in their final semester of college or professional school.

Applicants must submit an original visual or performing arts project in accordance with the instructions and submission requirements specified in the official scholarship application.
